Sam recently graduated from Strathclyde University with an LLB Clinical Law Degree and will be completing his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde. Prior to moving onto his LLB, Sam obtained a BA in Law where he ranked top of his course each year.
Sam currently works within our firm as a Legal Assistant/Receptionist carrying out various tasks including assisting the firm’s solicitors with document preparation, legal aid applications, obtaining and preparing witness precognitions, attending at police stations for Viper captures and viewings and shadowing solicitors in criminal, civil and children’s court hearings. Sam also covers our reception desk dealing with enquiries in person, over the phone and by email, arranging appointments with solicitors and carrying out other various administrative tasks.
Sam has a strong interest in Adults with Incapacity, Children’s Referrals and Criminal Law.
